Program Ads

Thank you for your interest in advertising in Trustus Theatre playbills. Your ad will be placed into the hands of more than 14,500 patrons who purchase tickets to watch shows performed in the Trustus Thigpen Mainstage theatre.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Formats accepted: JPG, EPS, or PDF files (all fonts embedded)
Resolution: 330dpi or higher at 100% of the size used in the ad.
All front page color ads should be converted to CYMK, program interior advertisements will be printed in grayscale.
Please note: “Print Ready” ads submitted should be “good to go” as-is, formatted, sized, and set to print. Ads submitted late that are not print ready may cause delays to desired print schedule

PLAYBILL AD DEADLINE SCHEDULE
AD SPACE RESERVATION: 45 days prior to opening night
PRINT READY AD SUBMISSION: 30 days prior to opening night
NEW AD ORDERS/DESIGN REQUESTS: 45 days prior to opening night

PAYMENT
Payment is due in full before the ad run date. Checks are to be made payable, and submitted to Trustus Theatre, 520 Lady Street, Columbia, SC 29201. We also accept all major credit cards. Please call Jessica Fichter at (803) 254-9732, Ext. 3 for more information.

ARTWORK SUBMISSIONS
Please submit print-ready artwork to Julia Vaughn at [email protected]. (New requests, ad orders, logos, and ad design materials can be submitted to same address). If you don’t have a press ready ad or would like us to create a new ad or customize existing artwork, we would be happy to design something for you.
