Midlands Gives

We are participating in the exciting annual Midlands Gives event – Tuesday May 3 from 12:00:01am until 11:59:59pm. The 3rd annual community-wide day of giving sponsored by the Central Carolina Community Foundation allows supporters like you to amplify their gift through bonus funds and prizes.

Your support helps us employ over 200 local artists, technicians and staff in the arts community and provide training for local high school students to learn the craft. Our programming aims to create healthy and lively conversations to create a vibrant and diverse Columbia. Ticket prices never cover the costs of operations at a theatre and your gift today helps us continue producing high-quality live professional theatre to the Midlands at affordable prices.

We have a generous donor who will give an additional $500 after 25 different donors have made a gift of $20!
5 gifts of $20 will allow us to:

• Pay the royalties for one performance of a play
• Pay for a professional accompanist to work with our Apprentice Company Students
• Pay for one musician for one performance
• Keep ticket prices low so we are more accessible to the community– ticket sales only cover approximately 40% of our total budget
