Trustus is welcoming a limited audience for our annual holiday celebration: Mark Rapp’s Jingle Bell Jazz. SC Jazz Ambassador, trumpeter Mark Rapp, brings Jingle Bell Jazz back to the Thigpen Main Stage for two nights only with two different, enjoyable programs that are sure to get everyone into the holiday spirit!

SHOW 1- December 15th at 7:30pm
“Live Studio Audience”

In partnership with SC Public Radio, ColaJazz Foundation, and Trustus Theatre, we’re recording a very special Christmas program to be aired  on news and music stations at 8 pm December 26th, statewide on SC Public Radio! YOU can be part of the live studio audience. Get in the holiday spirit with the Mark Rapp Quartet with special guest vocalists singing and playing fun holiday favorites.

SHOW 2- December 16th at 7:30pm
“Blitzen takes ’Nawlins!”

Join Mark Rapp and his band as they follow Blitzen through the streets of New Orleans. From the French Quarter to the Garden District to a ride on a Mississippi River paddle boat, the Mark Rapp Group will perform Christmas favorites in the various New Orleans musical traditions; Dixieland, swing, and funk will fill the night air.
